Arriving in Wellington
From Wellington Airport (WLG), a taxi or rideshare takes about 15 minutes. The Airport Express bus runs to Wellington Railway Station, a 10-minute waterfront walk to Queens Wharf. Most central-city hotels are within a 5-minute walk.
Getting here on the day
Wilson Parking on Queens Wharf sits directly beneath the venue, with further capacity at Clarence Street and Frank Kitts Park. Pre-paid delegate parking can be arranged at confirmation. Metlink trains and buses terminate at Wellington Railway Station; secure bicycle racks are on the wharf's northern edge.

Entry is by named invitation and government-issued photo ID. Delegates must present a valid passport or New Zealand driver licence at registration. Admissions are invitation-only to preserve the calibre of discussion.

Who is eligible to attend Crypto Capital NZ?
Crypto Capital NZ is built for industry professionals, Institutional Digital Assets, operators and advisors who are already active in digital asset markets. Typical attendees include industry leaders, family offices, treasury teams, venture industry professionals and senior executives at crypto-native businesses. If you are new to digital assets, this event is not the right starting point.
What level of experience is expected?
Sessions assume day-to-day familiarity with digital assets — whether through a professional role, a fund, a treasury function, a venture portfolio or an advisory mandate. The programme is written for practitioners rather than newcomers.
How does the selection process work?
Every application is reviewed by our admissions committee. We look for professional activity in the sector or organisational responsibility for digital assets. If accepted, you receive a named invitation with a unique QR code. Capacity is strictly limited to 150 attendees, and a waiting list opens once capacity is reached.
Can I bring a colleague or guest?
Each invitation is personal and non-transferable. If a colleague wishes to attend, they must submit their own application and go through the same selection process. We do not offer plus-ones or guest passes.
Is this event suitable for beginners?
No. Crypto Capital NZ assumes a working knowledge of digital assets, markets and custody. Sessions will not pause to explain basics. If you are looking for an introduction to crypto, there are excellent public resources and events for that purpose — this is not one of them.
